You have ample space for dining 6 people around the table on the terrace that is covered and also has an awning that you can extend with a remote control. An artificial river is running along the walkway to the beach with several bridges and fountains. The direct beach access has a shower of fresh water after swimming in the salty Mediterranean ocean. Very good apartment for a large family with many kids or possibility to have guests visiting. The area is very safe and family friendly. The Sienda Litoral (Beach Walk) runns from Marbella to Estepona. Some small stenches of walkway are still under construction but soon you will be able to take your e bike and gå all the way from Estepona to Malaga. This same apartment in comparison would cost around 600′ Euros in Nueva Andalucia.
