Since Costalita is so well located on New Golden Mile you have the option of going to Puerto Banus, Marbella in less than 15 min. Estepona in 14 min. You reach the Airport in Malaga in 40 min. If you like to visit more exotic beaches you drive to Tarifa (Atlantic white sand beach famous for windsurfing, kite surfing and great tuna) Another exotic destination for a great beach is Bolonia beach that takes about 70 min by car. This trip is like coming to another country with its sand dunes and great view of the crystalline waters of the Atlantic ocean. Rental potential is great with lots of families wanting to rent in Costalita because of the quiet no traffic area and Beachfront location. You also have amazing views of the mountains from your terrace. Good value for money and secure investment prices have kept their levels in Costalita during C19 during 2020 and we expect Malaga, Marbella, Golden Mile aswell as New Golden Mile to keep its prices on a good level and possible rice during 2021.
